Chem Beyond Diesel CBD is a strain of medical marijuana that provides a ratio of THC:CBD between 1:1 and 1:2. It was bred by crossing Chem Dawg, a US strain, with a European Diesel pheno-type that is particularly high in CBD.
It is 55% indica and 45% sativa, a fact well-reflected in its structure that tends to the side of the indica.
This plant produces a large central cola, but there are also plenty of side branches here that result in quite large, dense plants with a plethora of bud sites.
The indoor yields are good, ranging from 400 to 550 gr/m2, and the harvest will be approximately 8 weeks after flowering has started. Each plant will yield 400 - 700 gr when cultivated outdoors.
With the harvest being ready in the northern hemisphere at the end of September. High quantities of resin are generated and this is jam-packed with terpenes, resulting in the production of excellent extractions and concentrates to provide good medicine.
With woody and sweet notes underlining the lemon, pepper and spicy profile, the complex aroma and flavour are particularly noteworthy. THC levels range from 5 to 12%, while CBD is produced at a rate of 8 to 15%, giving an overall ratio of between 1:1 and 1:2.
