Mi5 is a highly versatile strain of cannabis seeds that can thrive both indoors and outdoors, although it was initially developed for indoor cultivation. Created after 5 generations of breeding and selection, Mi5 is the result of crossing an auto AK47 strain. This plant is known for its resinous nature and can grow up to 50 to 110 cm tall, with a beautiful purple hue if grown outdoors. Despite its name, Mi5 can reach its full potential when cultivated outdoors, growing over 1 meter in height and producing large purple buds under ideal conditions, such as cooler night temperatures during flowering.
With its genetic lineage from AK47 and Afghani strains, Mi5 offers a potent and aromatic experience with hash-like overtones. While it leans towards an Indica dominant effect, the presence of Sativa genetics prevents a total couchlock effect. Mi5 typically produces one impressive main cola with compact flowers and good side branching. With proper care, one can easily yield 1 ounce per plant, and with extra attention, 2 ounces per plant can be realistically achieved.
As one of the "Next generation" mid-sized autoflowering strains, Mi5 retains the quick flowering characteristics of Lowryder style strains, going from seed to bud in around 70 days. However, it surpasses its predecessors in potency, growth speed, and height, easily rivaling traditional photo-period cannabis strains.
